A new vision of
corporate welfare

For employees and their families

Devital’s corporate welfare proposals are based on its consolidated experience in educating healthcare professionals

For each therapeutic area, Devital can count upon authoritative specialists, with whom it has built a valuable relationship, and on leaders in their respective sectors with which it has developed projects aimed at companies which consider their employees' health and serenity as paramount.

A pathway to empowerment

Devital's welfare projects in healthcare are a pathway to self-awareness of which the receivers themselves are the motor. They actively contribute in designing the training activities and promote change among their colleagues, in turn creating long-term value.

The objective is to create a new company health culture, experimenting novel solutions and prioritizing the engagement of employees by listening to them and motivating them.

We believe that involving collaborators in projects which improve their well-being allows to satisfy their real needs, together with those of their families: in this manner, our welfare activities is the answer to a collective demand and it becomes a direct manifestation of Corporate Social Responsibility.
