Ethics

Devital's Code of Conduct, drawn up as an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model and pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, clearly and transparently defines the set of values to which the company is inspired to achieve its objectives: developing appropriate, innovative, impactful education that improves clinical performance. Each manager and employee of the Company is committed, within the scope of his functions and responsibilities, to observe and enforce these values.

Since 2003 Devital adheres to the guidelines developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), implementing a management system aimed at continuous improvement of business processes. De Vita Group

Over 50 years of experience in healthcare

Devital has a know-how gained in over fifty years of experience in the world of health, ranging from pharmacy practice, drug logistics and health professional education, to workplace health projects and patient support programs.

1960

Pharmacies

During the '60s De Vita’s family develop an independent network of pharmacies in Naples and Salerno, to create an economy of scale and offer customized retail experiences. De Vita is a pioneer as he specializes in importing innovative products and services from abroad.

1970

The drug logistics

Thanks to his experience in pharmacies management, De Vita realizes logistics operations need rationalization and creates a distribution model based on innovation and modern HR organization to be implemented first in Italy, then in Europe. He founds Euroinvest, followed by Faustfarm and Pharma Logistics, which in 2004 becomes part of the Exel Group, today DHL.

1996

Events and congresses

Devita founds Devital Service SpA which, in a few years, becomes a consolidated reality in the organization of national events, courses, congresses and conventions.

2001

Continuing Medical Education

Devital is among the first companies in Italy to obtain the CME provider accreditation. It is therefore authorized by the Ministry of Health to provide educational courses to interprofessional or multidisciplinary learners, including healthcare professionals in medicine, nursing and pharmacy. It collaborates with prominent academic institutions and medical societies/associations to meet emerging educational needs.

2019

Corporate Welfare

The long experience in the field of education crosses health industry borders. Devital, thanks to the support of key opinion leaders, devises an innovative corporate welfare offer, capable of involving employees and promoting workplace wellness.

2020

The Health Hub

At the end of 2020 Devital launches The Health Hub to enact person-centredness in prevention, integrated care and treatment and accelerate the transition to value-based health. The Health Hub is born out the desire of 4 players in the sector to share their experiences and skills: Devital, Area Medical 24 - one of the most established medical service available 24/7 - Exprivia - an international ICT specialist and one of the main players in the digital transformation of businesses - and PHSE, Pharma Healthcare supply chain expert and leader in active cool chain temperature-controlled distribution.
